Our job as meaning-making machines is to find/create meanings in every bit of What Is observed and then placing that meaning into the collective pot and watching while the parts and particles, the puzzle pieces, expand and develop through contact with the other pieces, in constant motion rubbing against each other, attracted, repulsed, learning and, finally, allowing.

They talk about this in Christian Science as the way in which when healing occurs; the whatever-it-was that apparently required healing simply disappears as if it never was,  as, in Truth, it never did; we just made it so for a time.

We humans constantly forget this.  It’s probably too simple and too profound for the Reactive Mind (RM) to handle.  So, having forgotten it again, when we relearn this it always appears as a revelation.

The Universal Solvent is Forgiveness, which is a special function of Love.  It’s also the Key to the Kingdom, and we, each of us, hold this key in our hands and hearts.

This is the whole of the Law of Healing.

The image is of humanity standing in a circle, one of us holding a ball that symbolizes Happiness.  The context is that we have all been taught that all, or any, of the Others is more important than are We, and therefore more deserving of Happiness.  So we pass it out of our hands and into theirs, for if we were to keep the ball of Happiness what would we be?  SELFISH!

But, aren’t we, each of us, one of the Others to all the other Others, and therefore, by definition, deserving of Happiness?

What if we just made a whole bunch more balls of Happiness, enough for at least one each?  Then, would we allow ourselves to keep our own or would the low self-esteem that we, most of us, seem to have taken in with our mother’s milk, compel us to keep trying to give it out of our own hands?

In Transformation Counseling, one of the precepts is that the greatest gift any of us can give is our own elevated sense of self-esteem.  This constitutes the gift of permission to all others to also inhabit their own high self-esteem, and thereby pay forward our intrinsic gifts, those that are ours alone to Be and to deliver.

Here in a nutshell is the whole story of Scarcity vs. Abundance.  ‘I’ don’t deserve (for some made-up reason/set of made-up reasons that mostly escape our conscious attention).  ‘They’, by reason of being ‘not me’ automatically deserve.  And so we hand over not only our personal Happiness and joy in Being, but our personal power, our power of discrimination, our ability/willingness to choose Life and Love for our own lives.

Another precept of Transformation Counseling is all experience of Life is the result of Point of View (see Glossary).  As we easily move through physical space, thereby automatically changing our physical point of view, we can equally easily change our inner point of view.  As with everything, Desire/Intention is the key.

All experience lies within you.  Your job is to choose from this treasure trove of possibilities.  After all, it IS your life.  You don’t need anyone’s permission other than your own, which is, of course, the hardest permission to get.

Context is the key to the contents of the box.   The ‘box’ is constructed of our beliefs and includes point of view (POV is the point in space from which we view that determines the angle at which we view content).

The construction of beliefs around content, and establishing a more-or-less fixed POV regarding this content, is the means by which we build our personal reality.

We are unable, in the most literal sense, to move (think or act) outside this box as there is, for each of us, no ‘outside’ to our personal box of beliefs.  That is, except through imagination.  Imagination is the trying on of another reality than the one we now project and inhabit.

Imagination is the possibility of the construction of a new context and therefore a new key to content.  It changes the POV of the box’s content and may thereby change, simply or radically, that content as resource.

‘Transformation’ is the epiphany that allows a new or different seeing of the content and contexts of our lives.  Every thing may be as it was before the transformative moment, and then every thing is seen differently and all content becomes newly perceived as resource and holder of meaning.

Imagination is the Rainbow Bridge, our connection to our larger Self.  Imagination is our Jacob’s Ladder of ascension to any higher and wider level of understanding.

Whadya say we don’t go there?  Instead, let’s look at the capacities of the physical senses from a different Point of View (see Glossary).

Ears

My ears itch a lot and I will sometimes go at them quite unmercifully.  Then one day I read two things:  one is that hydrogen peroxide will dissolve ear wax, and two, that a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide into the ear canal will have a positive affect on sinus infections.

Well!  Where was this info when I was small, having frequent earaches and infections?  Where was this info when my children were small and ditto?  Well, I know now so I tried this:  I dipped the end of a Q-Tip in hydrogen peroxide and placed it in an ear canal to see what would happen.

Oh, my gracious!  Talk about your Snap, Crackle, and Pop!!!  I suppose it was in there doing its bubbling thing in the presence of bacteria, but oh, my dear, what fun!  All I could do was laugh.  And, yes, doing this periodically has cut way down on my ear itches.

Head Rush

Here’s a way to get a bit of the thrill of the warm oil drip on the third eye offered for however many dozens of dollars by upscale spas.

When you get into a shower, make sure the water is a little bit warmer than usual.  First, get in position so that the spray hits the base of your skull and stand still for a moment.  There will be a whole-body instant relaxation and feeling of internal warmth.

Then, slowly slowly bring your head up and back so that the spray inches up the midline of your head, stopping for a moment at the crown (the fontanel that was in your baby body), and then continuing until the spray is on the third eye (head up and back, the third eye is the space between and slightly above your eyebrows).  Hold there a moment and feel all the cells of your torso and arms filling up with Something.

Then bow your head (forward and down) in one smooth motion and feel a cascade of tingles slide down your body.

The first time is the strongest sensation, but this can be repeated, for instance when you have shampooed and are rinsing your hair.

I forgot to say:  when preparing for this cascade of tingles, make sure your hands are not touching anything – not your body, not the sides of the shower, put down anything you may have in your hand.  If your hands are not free, the energies building (the tingles) will not accrue, but will ground out into whatever you are touching with your hands.

Kaleidoscope Eyes

When the Sun is available first thing in the morning (and so am I), I do a bit of Sun gazing.  (You will find apropos info when you Google John Gray (Mars/Venus) regarding the development of serotonin and dopamine in the brain through the function of Sun light during the first hour of Sun rise.)  There’s more info on Sun gazing given by Hira Ratan Manek (http://solarhealing.com/) who recommends gradual eye-open exposure to the Sun over time.  He has a lot to say on the subject.  I combine these two approaches and here’s what I like to experience.

When there is direct Sunlight on the eyes, if you open your eyes just a tiny bit, holding still, what will show up is a rainbow of moving kaleidoscope effects.  Shapes and colors shift and arrange themselves in the most beautiful patterns.

None of this effect is overwhelming or over-bright.  It’s just the inner beauty of organic life reflected in the moisture in the eye.  So good.

According to author and researcher, Gregg Braden, living cells communicate through an energy that is not affected by time and distance, an energy that already exists everywhere, all the time. To validate this idea, he refers to an experiment that was recently conducted by Heart Math Institute.

In this experiment, some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given (one each) to 28 trained researchers. Each researcher had been trained how to generate and experience feelings, and they each had strong emotions. Researchers discovered that the DNA changed its shape according to the feelings of the researchers.

When the researchers felt gratitude, love and appreciation, the DNA responded by relaxing and the strands unwound. The DNA became longer. When the researchers felt anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA responded by tightening. It became shorter and switched off many of the DNA codes!

If you’ve ever felt “shut down” by negative emotions, now you know why your body was also shut down. The shutdown of the DNA codes was reversed and the codes were switched  back on again when feelings of love, joy, gratitude, and appreciation were felt by the researchers.

This experiment was followed by testing HIV-positive patients. They discovered that feelings of love, gratitude, and appreciation created 300,000 times the resistance they experienced without those positive feelings. So, no matter what dreadful virus or bacteria may be floating around, choose to feel joy, love, gratitude, and appreciation.

These emotional changes went beyond the effects of electromagnetic fields. Individuals trained in deep love changed the shape of their DNA. Gregg Braden says this illustrates a newly recognized form of energy that connects all of creation. This energy appears to be a tightly woven web that connects all matter. Essentially, we’re able to influence this web of creation through our vibrational frequency.

This is the science behind how we can stay safe, no matter what else is happening. Gregg explains in The Isaiah Effect that time is not just linear (past/present/future); it also has depth. The depth of time consists of all possible prayers and timelines that could ever be prayed or exist. So all our prayers have already been answered. We activate the one we’re living through our feelings.

We create our reality by choosing it with our feelings. Our feelings activate the timeline via the web of creation, which connects all the energy and matter of the Universe. The law of the Universe is that we attract what we focus on. If you are focused on fearing whatever may come, you are sending a strong message to the Universe to send you whatever you fear.

Instead, as you feel joy, love, appreciation or gratitude, and by doing so focus on bringing more of that into your life, and you automatically avoid all the negative experience. With your feelings and emotions, you choose a different timeline.

Medical research suggests that up to 70% of all illness is ‘in the mind.’ If these DNA experiments are true, it might be more appropriate to say that all illness originates in one’s feelings (vibration.) Thus, positive feelings of love and gratitude are the strongest supports of our immune system.

So here’s your protection for whatever comes: Find something to be grateful for and happy about every day, moment-to-moment, if possible, or at least regularly for a few minutes.

Turning away, time to get ready for work, she caught sight of herself in that big old mirror Uncle Federico had insisted it was her turn to babysit. This mirror was from long ago, passed down through her family as an heirloom and a reminder of another time.  No one remembered this other time, but there was the mirror, too large and heavy to hang on the wall, it had almost not fit coming up the stairs and into her apartment.

This mirror had a mystery about it – where had it come from, really?  Sometimes, when looked at suddenly, the mirror’s surface would show strange and unknown images.  These images seemed to come from within the mirror as if, perhaps, the mirror wasn’t reflecting but more being a window on another, or several other, worlds.  These ‘other worlds’ always showed color, blessed rich, intense color.  Their skies were not constantly damp with grey.  The buildings seemed to be made of golden stone.  The people looked at each other and smiled.

Just now, as she turned, Julie seemed to see herself differently, in a flowing garment of red and gold.  But then, just a blink, and it was gone.  All that showed now was her lithe and red-headed self as she was right then, the room she was in, the grey sky and the grey cement buildings across the way.

Julie had heard a rumor of a Paradise, a walled garden where all is as it seemed to be and not reversed at all.  The rumor went on that this happy land was not occluded with not-Truth, but all was limpid as the clearest water, a place where no defenses were needed, as no hurt was ever delivered.

Julie had heard a rumor about another life, a life that included color and love, but knew the rumor wasn’t about anything real, for just look around!  It could only be a dream, a wish, a dream of Life, of real Life, not this half-life that lay on every side, and nothing more.  Nothing more to be seen.  Except in the mirror, in those occasional eye blinks of Somewhere Else.

Long ago I started asking three questions to assist me in determining authenticity in channeled material:

1. Did I learn anything new?
2. If the material was not new to me, did I learn it with a new or different point of view?
3. What is the feeling tone of the presentation?

RA, of the Book of One, suggests that we are here in this dimension to develop Will and Discrimination.

The message you forwarded to me, purporting to have come from the Angel Raphael, is steeped in Duality and Adversary (an active form of Duality).  This theme is what I want to address here.

Duality is not part of the Great Law, the Law of One.  It is a relative law made up by us when we came here to experiment with reality creation and got a bit carried away.  As children do, we must have been testing boundaries and tried to see if we could make a space of being where God was not.  The result has been the appearance of oppositional pairs that stubbornly seem to persist.

Belief in the reality of these oppositional pairs may have begun as a great game but, due to the deeply hypnotic effect of the magic mirror that is the outer world, the game got too intense when we began to experience this not-reality as Real. The results have been that we got very frightened and, when we thought we had created in us a separation from God, believed God was angry with us and we turned ourselves out of the Garden.

In Truth, Duality persists because we keep seeing it and playing with it.  Duality persists because we believe it does and we resist it.  This opposition to Opposition is the meeting of the irresistible force and the immovable object.  This dynamic is the essence of war, and in this case it describes not a war IN heaven, but a war WITH heaven.

It’s funny to think that, since we were already the Son, we then became the fallen Light.

The only way to win a war is to vacate the field of battle and choose to do something else a lot more rewarding.

Heaven is not a Place, but is a Space of Being.  We live in our own personal heaven when we do, and we don’t live in heaven when we say so.

Duality being a resultant of misused Creative Power (given that Free Will and Creative Power is part and parcel of being made in the Image and Likeness of God), the good news is that since we made it up, we Will eventually unmake it and rejoin the One as fully developing Individualities.

The Angels, who hold themselves so lightly, do not live in a Reality that includes Duality or Adversary of any kind.  They know (they have to know) that we believe in it, but they don’t have to and they don’t.

The point being, if a message includes the belief in two powers (‘good’ and ‘evil,’ for instance), then the message is most definitely NOT being sourced by any Light Being.  With certainty, the source is the fear-based offering of a human hypnotized by fear.

By their fruits you shall know them.

Each new board is a form of new incarnation with the same elements in an infinite variety of new configurations.

When it’s over, it’s over.  Then the lesson is to LET GO!  No trying to replay that last match, no regrets about those tactical errors, no regrets about ANYTHING!  Drop that hot potato and let it fall into the Infinity of All Possibility.

Here’s something I sometimes like to think: There is a God of Mah Jong who sets up the boards, and who CARES about the outcomes.  Or maybe there is a Devil of Mah Jong who is sloppy and careless, who throws the tiles down in a haphazard but sly mess and says to me, “Go knock yourself out, sucker.”

There are few real rules; those, however, are unbreakable.

Sometimes, when It lets me clear the board, the next board up will have a fresh and humorous quality, as if the game is smiling at me.

When the quality of play (life) becomes too difficult, I opt for a new board (new life).   In other words, I suicide.  I read somewhere that all death is suicide.  I agree with that statement.

The board is always attempting to upsell me, to prod me into the next more-difficult level of play.  It also ups the ante of the game in order to fend off boredom.  In organic life we call that evolution.

If the board gets cleared, there is satisfaction in that.  The joy is in the play.

The finite game is played to establish a winner and a loser.  The infinite game is played in order to continue play.

There is no scarcity of boards.  There is an infinity of boards (lives), and an infinity of configurations.

Taking care of business now IS providing for the future.

The board teaches me to cope with the unexpected within the field of the familiar.

Death of the body often occurs suddenly, and appears irrevocable.

While it is possible to make a tactical error, it is not possible to make an actual error; this is because all tiles arrive in pairs, so if there is one there is another with which to achieve completion.  The Mah Jong board is a series of completions, either actual or potential.  You may die, but you never die alone.

The top and the bottom lines control the board, and contain all the action between them.

Each board has its own personality or vibe.

The Player will never get it all done (complete all the boards).
